Our famous creamery opened its doors in 2021, on Dagenais Boulevard, much to the delight of our customers. Roxanne and Matis Marineau, 5th generation of our family, had dreamed of it for a long time! We already had our developed park, strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries in the fields, a festive and rural atmosphere... all that was missing was artisanal ice cream and other frozen delights. Stopping at nothing to bring their project to fruition, our two young entrepreneurs chose to invest in Italian equipment and promised themselves to use only simple ingredients in developing their recipes. Months of research and development and, what a pleasure, several taste tests later... they created a menu in their own image, featuring slushes, soft-serve ice cream, gelatos, sundaes, floats, affogato... We hope that you, too, will have the chance to come and enjoy our fabulous treats!
TASTY FROZEN TREATS AND SIMPLE INGREDIENTS
Authenticity and simplicity are two words that perfectly describe all our frozen delights made from natural, high-quality ingredients. Milk, cream, Marineau berries, just the right amount of sugar, Tahitian vanilla, Belgian chocolate, plain or waffle cones, maple syrup, maple flakes and good coffee...nothing superfluous. Well...we might add a few optional candies, but our youngest consumers also have some noteworthy demands.

Artisanal Soft Serve Ice Cream
Our soft serve ice cream is available, as a base, in vanilla, twist, or the seasonal Marineau fruit flavors. However, for those with a sweeter tooth, various additional options can be added. Belgian chocolate dip, maple syrup coulis, chocolate or maple chips, and even waffle cones could be selected.
Gelatos
Homemade, in the purest Italian tradition, our gelatos are absolutely irresistible. Vanilla, chocolate, maple, Marineau strawberry or blueberry – you're spoiled for choice, and you even have the option to add some extras.
REFRESHING SLUSHIES FOR SIZZLING DAYS (VEGAN)
The pure and true taste of a good, frozen small fruit—that’s what you’ll get when you choose a Marineau strawberry or blueberry slush. Imagine an afternoon of U-pick under a blazing sun, the pleasure of quenching your thirst in our inviting park, happiness is all around you and you can truly savor the moment. An ideal option if you avoid dairy products or are looking for a vegan product.

Marineau homemade sundaes are for those who prefer to enjoy their soft-serve ice cream in a cup, definitely with a topping, or simply for those who are more inclined to share with their children or significant other.
