Autumn Honey

A darker, rich and full-bodied honey, harvested at the end of the season on our land. Produced by a partner beekeeper directly in the fields of Ferme Marineau, this autumn honey stands out for its deeper notes — slightly woody and less sweet than the summer honey. Drawn from the last blooms of the season, it offers a unique flavour, true to our terroir and the natural rhythm of our crops. Ideal for pairing with cheeses, artisan breads, or comforting recipes.
