Produced by a partner beekeeper directly in the fields of Ferme Marineau, this autumn honey stands out for its deeper notes — slightly woody and less sweet than the summer honey. Drawn from the last blooms of the season, it offers a unique flavour, true to our terroir and the natural rhythm of our crops. Ideal for pairing with cheeses, artisan breads, or comforting recipes.
